What if the item doesn’t fit or was not as I expected? We want your Royal Karkhana crafted item to feel like a heirloom that you can treasure forever. If you’re not a 100% happy with your purchase, we will do our best to exchange it for you.

Please request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please note this exchange is subject to shipping charges.
Can I return or cancel my order?

We do not offer refunds on purchases made on royalkarkhana.com or with any of our stockists. All purchases are final.
You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order with us. If your order has not been processed we will issue a refund within 15 working days.

In case of a refund to the original source of payment, we usually levy a 25% restocking fee if the product has been dispatched.
What is the restocking fee by Royal Karkhana?

All Royal Karkhana pieces are made to order and our restocking fee is usually charged on refunds to cover costs incurred like logistics and shipping charges, credit card fees, currency conversion fees, taxes, and administrative costs provided the order is dispatched.

Proof of purchase (online order number is sufficient)
Description and photo of the damaged jewellery

In most cases we will require you to return the jewellery for assessment by our customer service team. A replacement or store credit will be provided once the jewellery is deemed faulty.

Warranty

We have a 2 year guarantee. This implies that we will take care of your merchandise for two years from the date of purchase if any damage to the material or craftsmanship of the jewellery happens. Simply contact us, and we’ll work together to find a solution.

We produce handcrafted, sustainably sourced products that are built to last. We are confident in the quality of our product, which is why we provide a 2-year warranty. This also implies that the warranty does not cover missing goods, scratches caused by regular wear and tear (such as a bent ring or broken chain), inappropriate use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product performed by a third party other than Royal Karkhana.

Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of royalkarkhana.com) will not be covered under Royal Karkhana warranty. Please reach out to the company the items were purchased from.
